Brussels, February 25th 1990. A car stops by the crossroad. A motorcycle comes from behind then stops just near the car. Three gunshots. The car driver is murdered. "Meet Enver Hadri" tells the story of a Kosovan political refugee murdered by the former Yugoslavian secret services led by Slobodan Milosevic.
